The Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources of the American Bar Association recently released the third edition of The Clean Air Act Handbook, an indispensible guide for anyone trying to understand this important and expansive piece of environmental legislation, and the EPA’s implementing regulations and policy guidance. 

Among the 31 private and public sector Clean Air Act practitioners who contributed to the Handbook is our own TDEC Commissioner Robert J. (Bob) Martineau. He provides useful information and insight on hazardous air pollutants and new source performance standards in two separate chapters of this comprehensive manual.
