Can You Explain Rulemaking to the EPA?

The EPA’s Office of Regulatory and Policy Management and the E-Rulemaking Program have teamed up to develop a contest to see who can best explain the rulemaking process to America. The EPA seeks videos of people where they would explain the rulemaking process in their own individual way.  The winner will receive $2,500 and his or her video will be posted on YouTube.

 There are three steps to enter:
 
1) Make your film
2) Upload your video to YouTube
3) Submit an online entry form

The deadline is May 17, 2010. Good luck!
