The EPA announced yesterday that its research shows that greenhouse gases do, indeed, threaten public health and the environment.  This is an unprecedented proclamation that could potentially have far-reaching implications on the regulated community.

"Science overwhlemingly shows grenhouse gas concentrations at unprecedented levels due to human activity."

The EPA's announcement covers carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons and sulfur hexafluoride.
