EPA Releases Technical and Policy Guidance Documents Addressing PSD Permitting of GHG Sources

EPA has released its highly anticipated technical and policy documents with guidance addressing PSD and Title V permitting for greenhouse gases. The guidance "provides the basic information that permit writers and applicants need to address GHG emissions in permits." EPA is currently soliciting public feedback  on the guidance, especially on any technical or calculation errors or where the statements concerning EPA policy might benefit from additional clarification.
