New ABA Brownfield Book Has Tennessee Chapter
10.08.10 9:31 AMABA just released the Third Edition of "Brownfields, A Comprehensive Guide to Redeveloping Contaminated Property." To see more about the book click here. The Book is a whopping 1161 pages. About half of the book contains general legal analysis of Brownfield concepts such as federal law and CERCLA issues, Site Assessments, acquisition considerations, environmental insurance and institutional controls. The rest of the book is a state by state analysis of state brownfield laws. Tennessee's chapter is Chapter 68. It is authored by TDEC General Counsel Joe Sanders and myself.
