The Division of Water Pollution Control is circulating the most current version of the Proposed Guidance for Making Hydrologic Determinations. Once adopted, the Guidance will be used in conjunction with the Board rules and used for stream determination. The Division will present the rules and the Guidance to the Water Quality Control Board on September 21. The Board will not vote on the rules at that meeting.
