Stream Determination Rulemaking Hearings Scheduled

TDEC has scheduled rulemaking hearings to solicit public comment on its proposed rules and guidance for making hydrologic determinations and certifying hydrologic professionals.  The hearings are scheduled for a number of different locations across the state on November 16, 17, and 19, 2009.  Click here to view the proposed rules and the locations and times of the public hearings.   Also, check out the article "Clearing the Waters" and earlier blog entries on this topic.
