TDEC Commissioner Bob Martineau announced today the appointment of a new deputy commissioner replacing Paul Sloan who held the position since 2005. She was the Environmental Operations Manager at GM in Spring Hill since 2005, has a Ph.D. in Environmental Management and a Masters in Engineering.
