posted by The Water Quality Control Board formally adopted the rules related to stream determination today. The hydrologic professional rules and the criteria and standards provide what we hope will be a good way to provide accurate and consistent stream determinations. The Division also provided detailed responses to comments on the rules. The Division of Water Pollution Control is already planning training programs and once the rules are effective training for hydrologic professionals will begin.

Hey, very nice site. I came across this on Google, and I am stoked that I did. I will definately be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just taking in as much info as I can at the moment.
