Environmental law is very visible, extremely complicated, and ever changing.  Court decisions, the General Assembly and the environmental regulatory agencies- both state and federal- provide new challenges regularly in keeping abreast of the latest developments.   In addition to traditional environmental law components, our blog will include information and news on so-called "green building," LEED certification, and sustainability in order to explore the transition as green building develops into a way of life.  As Environmental Law grows and changes we hope interested persons will follow our blog for insight and information on these new and important issues.
